Digital Destiny Pro helps small service businesses listen to their customers. We collect customer feedback on the business's behalf, then pass what you tell us straight to the team — the good, the not-so-good, and everything in between.
Why does the feedback come through us?
When customers fill out a feedback form on the business's own site, it's easy to wonder whether the unfiltered version gets read. A neutral third party changes that. We don't edit what you say. We don't soften it. Whatever you write goes to the business as-is, with your name attached only if you chose to include it.
What about public reviews?
Google and Facebook reviews help other people find good businesses. If your experience was great and you'd like to share it publicly, we surface those review links on every feedback page — but it's entirely your choice whether to leave one. We never gate, filter, or hide public review options based on what you rated.
What happens to your information?
Your rating and written feedback go to the business you just used. If you provided your name or phone, that goes with it so they can follow up. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else. The feedback pages are noindex'd so they don't show up in search results.
